We're hiring! Sales & Marketing Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital marketing agency and help us grow even more! It’s a new role where you will really be able to make your mark.
About the role
Full-time, though part-time considered (minimum 28 hours).
£19 to £26k pro rata depending on experience.
Supporting our Director, who will continue to focus on overall business development. We need someone in a supportive role who can keep things organised, efficient and effective.
Updating our CRM with new leads, tasks and opportunities - and following up
Developing and executing a simple sales strategy, including target setting and monthly reporting on sales and marketing activity
Helping prepare quotes and in-depth proposals
Chasing the occasional unpaid invoice
We like to put our money where our mouth is when it comes to digital marketing, which means our own social media channels and blog content are very strong.
You’ll be reporting to our Communications Manager, ensuring our content continues to engage and delight. Key responsibilities include:
Building a marketing plan, covering the blog, social media, and other marketing/ PR activities
Spotting opportunities to enter awards, attend networking events and speak at events
Content creation: Blog posts, social media posts (paid and organic), email marketing campaigns
Attending events and conferences
Plus: general admin support such as answering the phone, ordering office sundries, organising parties for clients

We work predominantly in the education, tech, healthcare and science sectors, along with professional service firms in legal and insurance. This means everyone from the University of Cambridge, global property giant JLL and Government Digital services to innovative startups in the Cambridge tech cluster in data science, creative apps and medical devices.

prefer a focus on digital marketing to print advertising and cold calling

have excellent standards of English (we create content for clients, so this is essential)
are an adept juggler who takes pride in being organised
Experience in these tools would be a bonus but you can pick them up quickly if not.
