Syplex wanted to promote its free Microsoft 365 licensing review offer, which helps organisations get the best value and user experience from the Microsoft 365 suite of products.

The approach
We created a promotional campaign to spread the word about the Microsoft 365 offer, providing messaging support in the form of a landing page and blog post, and promotional graphics featuring Microsoft branding and targeted messaging.
The copy appealed to customer pain points and communicated Syplex’s core competencies such as trustworthiness, local and in-person service and technical expertise.
A LinkedIn advertising campaign evoking these key points was created, directing people to the landing page with a CTA to contact Syplex and arrange a consultation call.
The blog post was also shared on LinkedIn in the form of an article, with the Syplex team encouraged to react, comment and share the publicity material on LinkedIn.
A series of organic LinkedIn posts, outlining the key points from the blog post, were also scheduled to boost readership and engagement.
The results
The Syplex campaign was successful, with the company receiving more than 20 times the usual number of website visitors because of Sookio’s promotional activities.
