Step 1: Find out how we work
At the start of the project:
We’ll set up the kick-off meeting and get regular check-ins in the diary, and gather all the information we need. Founder Sue Keogh will be in regular contact throughout the project.
Our accounts team will be send the first invoice and set up the billing schedule.
Please tell us the details of your finance team so we can ensure all paperwork is correct.
Essential info. Please see our terms and conditions, and in particular make a note of:
Payment terms. 14 days, and most projects require an upfront 50% deposit to secure the work. If timelines slip we stick to the billing schedule.
Paid social media campaigns. We don’t handle the ad budget itself; this will be invoiced to you direct via Facebook, Instagram or other platforms
48 hour feedback window. It’s critical that we keep projects moving so we can deliver on time, for you and other clients. We include two rounds of amends as standard.
Contract. Acceptance of the quote works as a contract.
At the end of the project, we will ask for feedback or case study, and pop a date in the diary to check in with you in a few months’ time.
2. Share essential materials with us
These may include:
Your latest business and marketing plan, including info on your strategic goals
Brand guidelines and any essential assets such as a high-resolution copy of your logo
A list of your 3 main competitors
Any relevant marketing collateral relating to the product, such as brochures or web links.
Logins to social media accounts, email marketing and the website
User permissions to Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other Google products
Access to shared document folders through which we can easily share files with each other.
