Meet Matt, Sookio’s new Head of Production

Say hello to Matt Harris, joining us as Head of Production to offer high-quality video production, podcasting and video training to our clients.

Great news! We read the neon signs; they were clearly pointing towards video. Yes, video is the key element in your digital marketing strategy and we wanted to strengthen this part of the business so it becomes a core focus of the services we deliver to our clients.

Enter Matt, our fabulous video producer with years of impressive experience, gleaming industry recommendations and a head full of ideas. What more could you want?

Pre-productionSookio

Video production, university lecturing, bespoke training and running his own company - you name it, he’s done it. Matt worked with University of Cambridge, Anglia Ruskin University, Radley’s, BASF and other exciting clients. He’s already well-known by many of our current clients and the word about his work travels fast.

His achievements would get a Steven Spielberg nod; from a Basingstoke Film Festival award, through making the cut for YouTube Editor’s “Pick of the Week”, to founding the Magic Box Film Festival.

Naturally, we decided to snatch him up before anyone else would.

“I’m so excited to be joining the company,” says Matt. “I’ve had so many conversations with clients who are full of praise for Sookio and their services. At one point, it seemed wherever I went to pitch video, Sookio had already been there in providing training and strategy. I'm delighted to be part of this incredible team now!”

Drawing focus on the future

Want to have a beautiful video promoting your services, upcoming campaign, maybe as part of a swanky new digital marketing strategy? Matt can produce that for you.

Not quite ready to take on the video yet so exploring the podcasting trend for now? We’ve got just the guy to lead you through it and the space to make it professional.

Prefer to do things in house but want to upskill yourself? Let’s book you onto a video training workshop.

Need a studio in Cambridge? We’re kitted out for podcasting and video, and you can also use it as a photography studio. We currently have parking too!

Matt’s kicked off by producing our Sookio School promo videos and is already working on several projects with us. We’d feel bad about throwing the newest team member into the deep waters, but he’s taken to it like Tom Daley to an Olympic swimming pool.

The equipment is set up and on. The “recording” sign is lit up. The studio door is open and Matt is ready when you are.
